서울하우징랩 오픈위크

서울하우징랩 오픈위크는 서울주택도시공사가 주최하고 로모가 운영한 주거 의제 공유 공간 '서울하우징랩'의 개관을 기념해 2018년 10월 1일부터 5일까지 전체 공간에서 진행된 개관 행사다. 서울하우징랩이 앞으로 어떤 공간이 될 것인지 시민에게 소개하고, 주거 문제를 함께 논의하는 시작점을 만드는 것이 핵심 목적이었다.

행사는 '모두를 위한 집(Home for Everyone)'이라는 공간 철학 아래 기획되었다. 시민, 전문가, 관련 단체가 주거 이슈를 함께 논의하고 실험할 수 있는 협업 플랫폼을 구축하는 것을 목표로 했으며, 특히 UN이 지정한 세계 주거의 날과 개관 시점을 맞물리게 하여 주거 문제 공론화의 상징성을 더했다.

참여 대상은 어린이, 청소년, 성인, 시니어, 장애인 등 주거 이슈에 관심 있는 시민 전반이었고, 연구자, 언론사, 시민단체 등 약 200여 명의 관계자가 행사에 참여했다. 주요 프로그램으로는 오픈파티, 주거 컨퍼런스, 시민참여 워크숍, 공간투어 등이 운영되었다.

이 프로젝트에서 담당 역할은 행사 전반의 기획과 운영 총괄로, 공간 개관의 메시지를 프로그램 구조로 풀어내고 다양한 이해관계자가 참여할 수 있는 경험 흐름을 설계하는 데 있었다.

Seoul Housing Lab Open Week was the opening event for Seoul Housing Lab, a shared space for housing agendas hosted by Seoul Housing & Urban Development Corporation and operated by Romor. Held from October 1 to 5, 2018, across the entire venue, the event introduced the newly launched space to the public while establishing a starting point for shared discussion around housing issues.

The event was organized around the spatial philosophy of "Home for Everyone." Its purpose was to build a collaborative platform where citizens, experts, and related organizations could discuss and experiment with housing questions together. The timing also aligned with World Habitat Day designated by the UN, reinforcing the symbolic dimension of opening a civic space for housing discourse.

The audience included children, teenagers, adults, seniors, and people with disabilities, broadly encompassing citizens interested in housing issues. Around 200 participants, including researchers, media representatives, and civic organizations, took part. The program featured an opening party, housing conference, citizen workshops, and guided space tours.

Within this project, the role focused on overall planning and operational leadership, translating the opening vision into an event structure and designing a shared experience through which multiple stakeholders could engage with the new space.
